COVID-19 RESPONSE : Due to the unpredictable nature of the ongoing pandemic, shipping times can change at any given time. There *may* be times where we fall behind due to staffing emergencies and/or safety precautions needing to be implemented last minute. SHIPPING TAT(turnaround time) : Our current shipping turnaround time is about 1-3 weeks from the date you placed your order. Business hours of operation are Mon-Thurs, not including Holidays! Once your order begins the shipping process, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the USPS tracking number for your package. We try to have USPS pick ups scheduled each day, Mon-Thurs!
USPS TRACKING : USPS tracking information may reflect “Pre-Shipment” for longer periods of time than usual. Please allow some time for USPS to update tracking information - as they are currently experiencing extreme delays due to COVID, natural disasters and other federal issues. The current delays can be compared to usual delays during the Holiday seasons. More information regarding delays can be found on the USPS website or by contacting them at 1-800-ASK-USPS.

SHIPPING COST : We have a happy flat rate shipping cost of $7, no matter how big or how small the order! FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $100+! (Canada and international shipping excluded)

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, RETURNS POLICY : We work hard to craft affordable, handmade home aromas & bath/body products for your household! Due to the handmade nature of our goods, we do have a NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS policy.
If you ever receive damaged, broken, missing or incorrect goods in your shipments, please reach out to us ASAP and we will always strive to find a solution!

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-3 weeks from the date you place your order (see our business dates of operation above). USPS delays make it difficult for us to give an exact 'delivery' date. Please contact USPS for any shipment delays at 1-800-ASK-USPS.
Merch/apparel orders are an exception to these policies and do not follow the same shipping timeline, as all of these items are shipped via printing provider warehouses all over the country. Any listed shipping timeline info does not apply.
We use USPS to send any shipments from our home warehouse in KS. Any apparel/merch orders are to be shipped via our printing provider from different warehouses across the country, utilizing other mail carrier companies.
